दसैं किन नरमैलो हो

हैन कहाँ बाट आएका हुन यती धेरै मान्छे काठमाडौं मा ?
गाडी भित्र एकदम भीद छ । बाटो म हिडि नसक्नु छ ।
रेस्टुराँ छिर्यो बस्ने ठाउँ चाइना? जत गयो तेतै जाम,
हेर्दा सबै लाई दसैं लागि सकेको जस्तो लाग्छ मलाई मात्र किन न लगेको होल दसैं ?

I was just getting back from NEFEJ,
My eyes caught this scene...
at first i thought this is normal of all
but suddenly realized that i shall freeze the moment
then i clicked the image with my tourist camera :)
Animal in the picture is busy at self feeding...
or lets say... We decorate roads just to feed animals or to be decorated by them.
may be this is the reason, traffic officer is ignoring scene....
